Telemedicine

Michigan Sports & Spine Center is offering TELEMEDICINE appointments during this time. Dr. Jeff Pierce, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Specialist, is able to start or continue your treatment plan and do a video consultation over the phone or computer using our new Telemedicine system.

This is a safe, quick, and easy way to continue treatment plans for our current patients, while also being accessible to new patients nationwide. We are utilizing FaceTime and the Zoom application to ensure our systems are secured.

Click “Contact Us” or call our office if you have any questions or need assistance! Our staff members are happy to help and walk you through this quick setup: (248)426-9944.

Current Patients

Telemedicine has been a great resource to continue our current patients’ treatment plans during this time of social distancing. It has proved to be beneficial in many ways:

“Today I was able to see patients’ homes and the obstacles they’re dealing with on a daily basis. One patient with ongoing back pain even showed me the mattress she’s been sleeping on. I think now is a great time to try to turn this whole situation into a positive- More time at home means more time to take care of YOU- That stiff knee that’s been bothering you, that aching back you haven’t been able to address because of work- Now is the time to catch-up on your physical health. With procedures cancelled, I’ve had more time to do more consultations utilizing this new online system.”

—Dr. Jeff S. Pierce, Medical Director at Michigan Sports & Spine Center, P.C.
