•Sprains

 Injuries that occur at a joint and involves overstretching of ligaments which connect to bone providing joint stability. Severe injuries will include tearing of the ligament. Common sprain injuries include:

•Knee

MCL (Medial Collateral Ligament), ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament), LCL (Lateral Collateral Ligament), PCL (Posterior Cruciate Ligament).

•Ankle

Inversion Sprain

•Shoulder

Acromio clavicular joint sprain

•Elbow and Wrist

Strains are injuries that occur due to overstretching of a muscle or tendon. Also known as a "pull." Severe injuries can result in tearing of the muscle or tendon.
